Door to Door Delivery
On website Nikelink,all products are Free Shipping,After received your payment,We will processing your order in 2 days .then we will provide a tracking number and tracking website.You can log in Nikelink to check your order information.Once your order is despatched, you will receive a notification email.We use Fast Door to Door Delivery. Delivery would NORMALLY be made in 4-7 working days after your order is despatched, to the address you give for delivery at the time you make your order. Sometimes there might be some inevitable delay during the delivery. So please make sure the size and the delivery address completely.
Shipping Time
Total delivery time includes two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Return Policy
Please contact us first before you return the goods.Our customer service staff will try to discuss with you.If there are irremediable defects with the items, you can return them back to us for change or give you a refund.Please email our Customer Service Department,they will give you our return address, and other matters you should attend.Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

1. Make sure the size is correct when you place Trainers order online.If the size can't fit you which you chose.You should pay the two-side shipping cost if you want to return for change. (Sometimes you can't make sure what size you wear,please check size list on website)
2.Make sure the address is correct and complete.If the parcel returned to us for the wrong or incomplete address,you should pay for the re-send shipping cost.
3.Make sure the style of the trainers is what you like when you order online.The actual trainers are the same as photos showed on our website,if you are not satisfied with the trainers,but that is indeed what you choose,we are sorry to say we can not accept change or return,because the cost of our trainers are very high,such as labour cost,shipping cost,advertisement cost and so on.So please understand us,and make sure the trainers style is what you want.
4.Make sure the phone number is correct.Please leave correct phone number,because if you are not at home,the EMS will contact you with this number.We suggest you do not leave the message on the remark, such as:If no one in, leave in the green box outside the door.If you can not sure you will at home,you can leave your friend's address and phone number when place the order,because the courier has the ability to send the goods successfully, and he/she can not see your remarks,so please leave correct phone number.
